Terms and Conditions

By confirming your booking or staying at our property, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:


1. Payment Policy

  • Accepted payment methods:

    • Cash

    • Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)

    • Debit/Credit Card

  • Full payment (100%) is required upon check-in, along with valid identification (ID or driver’s licence).

  • No partial payments will be accepted at check-in.


2. Cancellation Policy

  • Guests may cancel free of charge up to 14 days before the scheduled arrival date.

  • Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival will incur a 100% charge—the total booking amount will be retained.

  • A prepayment of 50% or the full amount may be required at the time of reservation, depending on the booking terms.

  • No refunds will be issued for early departures, no-shows, or cancellations made after check-in.

  • All cancellations or changes must be submitted in writing and confirmed by management.


3. Meals

  • Breakfast and dinner are optional and provided on request, with at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • Food delivery to guest accommodation is available.

  • Breakfast to-go containers can be provided upon request.

  • Plates, cutlery, glasses, and other dining items are available on request.


4. Guest Conduct

  • No pets are allowed on the property.

  • Smoking is strictly prohibited in all rooms. We offer non-smoking rooms for all guests.

  • Noise disturbances are not permitted and may result in eviction without refund.


5. Cleanliness and Housekeeping

  • Daily housekeeping is provided unless otherwise requested.

  • Guests may opt out of room cleaning services during their stay.

  • Linens, towels, and laundry are washed and maintained to high hygiene standards.


6. Damages and Breakages

  • Guests will be held responsible for any breakages, damage, or loss of items on the premises, whether inside or outside the rooms, caused by them or their visitors.

  • The cost of repair or replacement must be settled before departure.


7. Loss of Personal Items

  • The management is not liable for the loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings such as phones, laptops, jewellery, or cameras.

  • Guests should ensure their valuables are safely stored.


8. Liability Disclaimer

  • While every effort is made to ensure guest safety, the establishment is not responsible for any injury, accident, or loss incurred during your stay.


9. Check-in and Check-out

  • Check-in: Between 14:00 and 20:00

  • Check-out: By 10:00

  • Early check-in or late check-out is available upon prior request and subject to availability.


10. Front Desk Services

  • Front desk operating hours: 07:00 – 20:00

  • We provide:

    • Check-in forms

    • Quotes and invoices

    • Assistance with general enquiries during desk hours


11. Right of Admission Reserved

  • Management reserves the right of admission.

  • Any guest found violating these Terms and Conditions may be asked to vacate the property without refund.
